If you entered or are entering the U.S. with a K visa, as the fiancé, spouse, or dependent of a fiancé(e) or spouse of a U.S. citizen), you may be required to file additional forms before you can get a green card. Depending on your situation, you may need the following:

For most filings, the U.S. government charges applicants a fee. The current Petition for Alien Fiance fee is $535.
